Eligibility Requirements
Small businesses must meet the following qualificationsto participate in the program:
- Have more than 2 employees (including owner) but fewer than 100 employees
- Be located within the New York City limits (all five boroughs)
- Be a for-profit business, no independent contractors
- Been in business before May 2020
- Have an EIN or equivalent
100% of donations go directly to the small businesses of your choice
